Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies for 30 days from the date of shipment. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include valid proof of purchase

Products must not be returned directly to the manufacturer.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital software products

A 20% restocking fee may apply and/or a partial refund may be issued for:

  • Items returned used, damaged, altered, or incomplete due to causes not attributable to our error
  • Items returned outside the 30‑day return period
  • Items opened and found damaged or non‑functional, except for verified out‑of‑box failures

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 10 business days.

Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are refundable only up to the amount paid, excluding shipping or fees.

Exchanges are permitted only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Unless the return is due to a verified defect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non‑refundable.

For high‑value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
