How to Apply for Sales Tax Exemption

If your company/organization is exempt from sales tax, please follow the instructions in order to submit your exemption certificate. Once received, reviewed and accepted, sales tax will be removed from your orders as long as the certificate is valid.

Note: Guest accounts are not applicable for exemptions.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SUBMITING YOUR CERTIFICATE

Please ensure all requirements are met prior to submitting your exemption certificate.  If requirements are not met, exemption certificates will be immediately rejected.  

1. Certificates must be completed in full.  No blank sections / fields.

2. Certificates must be accurate and true to what is on file with the state.

3. Certificates must be signed and dated.

4. Certificates must be legible, orderly and clear in resolution.

Certificates not meeting these requirements will be rejected.
